WHAT WE BUILD

No "starting at"No "ballpark"A number in the contract

Landing pages, backend-heavy platforms, bots, CRM systems. The price is fixed, the deadline is in the contract, and the code is yours.

The price doesn't move after you sign.

The deadline is a clause in the contract, not a promise in a chat thread.

The code is yours. All of it. No third-party licenses buried in it.

We show working projects, not renders.

Our job is to remove the uncertainty before development starts. That's why we price the work up front, and where a project needs research first, we begin with Discovery. It ends with a technical spec, a system architecture, and a fixed price for the project.

One price, one date, both written into the contract

The figure only moves if the scope moves, and when it does we sign an amendment with a new number before anyone touches the work.

Dollar and rouble figures are a guide, converted at a fixed rate. The contract is written in so'm.

AI automations

Repetitive work handed to software: assistants, lead handling, document processing, reporting - wired into the systems you already run.

On request

Set at discovery

  • Scope runs from a single AI assistant to a full automation pipeline - priced to the job, not a flat rate
  • AI chatbots and assistants on your own knowledge base - Telegram, WhatsApp, website
  • Document and data pipelines: extract, classify and route invoices, contracts, applications
  • Lead capture, qualification and follow-up that runs without a person in the loop
  • Wired into your CRM, 1C, payment systems and internal tools through their APIs
  • A short paid discovery fixes the scope and the price before any build - 5,000,000 UZS, credited to the project
  • Any further adjustments are agreed with the client.

Platform

A web app, a mobile app, a CRM or ERP, your own database, rules nobody else has.

On request

Set at discovery

  • Paid discovery: 5 working days, 5,000,000 UZS, credited against the project
  • You leave discovery with an architecture, a database schema and a technical spec
  • Web and mobile apps (iOS/Android, Flutter)
  • CRM and ERP, with integrations into 1C, payment systems and external APIs
  • Online stores at any scale - from a storefront to an ERP-backed commerce platform (Payme, Click, Uzum, 1C)
  • Roles, permissions, admin panels
  • Discovery is what sets the number, and it doesn't move after that
  • Any further adjustments are agreed with the client.

The prices above cover the scope described. Custom integrations, photo and video production, heavy-load requirements and a brand identity from scratch sit outside it - quoted separately, before work starts, never mid-project.

Four stages, each with a deadline you can hold us to

Here's how the work runs, from the first call to support. The ranges are for a standard project - a landing page lands at the fast end, a platform build at the slow one. Either way, the exact dates go into the contract once the scope is signed off.

  1. 01

    Discovery and scope

    1 day

We take the problem apart: who buys, what stops them, which systems already run inside the company. You come out with a page structure, an integration list and a technical spec - and that spec is where the contract number comes from. Free on standard projects; on custom platforms, a paid 5-working-day stage at 5,000,000 UZS, credited against the project.

  2. 02

    Development

    1-30 days

We write code - no Elementor, no reskinned template. Front end, GSAP/ScrollTrigger motion, backend, integrations for payments, 1C, CRM, APIs and Telegram bots. Working builds go up on a test domain as they're finished, so you watch progress instead of reading status reports.

  3. 03

    Launch

    1 day

Domain, hosting, SSL, analytics tags, sitemap, technical SEO. We check speed, mobile, forms and transactional email before anything goes live. Then you get the repository, credentials and documentation: how to change text, add a product, ship an update. The code is yours - take it to any developer, any time.

  4. 04

    Support

    7-∞ days

Every package includes a window of free edits after launch - a week to a month, by tier. After that, an optional monthly contract covers updates, content, new features, monitoring and backups. We also take on projects somebody else started: an audit, a redesign, or a migration off a platform you don't own.

What we build

Six practice areas, each quoted as a fixed price against a deadline in the contract. Where the work is non-standard, paid discovery gets us to the same place: a real number, a real date.

Websites

Landing pages, brochure sites, company sites, catalogues - one page, or a few hundred.

  • Hand-built front end - we write the code, not an Elementor or ThemeForest reskin
  • Scroll animation in GSAP and ScrollTrigger, used where it does a job
  • Three languages (ru/uz/en) in the architecture: separate URLs, per-language metadata, hreflang
  • Domain, hosting and analytics in your accounts, code in your repo

AI automations

Repetitive work handed to software - assistants, lead handling, document processing - built on top of the systems you already run.

  • AI chatbots and assistants on your own knowledge base - Telegram, WhatsApp, website
  • Document and data pipelines: extract, classify and route invoices, contracts, applications
  • Lead capture, qualification and follow-up without a person in the loop
  • Wired into your CRM, 1C and internal tools through their APIs

Web apps and systems

When off-the-shelf software won't bend to the way you work, we design the database around your process and build on top of it. CRM, ERP, portals, platforms, online stores, internal tools.

  • CRM and ERP around your roles, statuses and approval chains - the ones off-the-shelf chokes on
  • Database and API design: schema, migrations, documentation, token access
  • Integrations: 1C, payments, SMS gateways, third-party APIs, scheduled syncs
  • Telegram bots: leads, notifications, payment, the admin panel inside the chat
  • Online stores at platform scale - storefront to ERP-backed commerce (Payme, Click, Uzum, 1C)
  • Paid discovery before development: 5 working days, 5,000,000 UZS, credited against the project

Mobile apps

iOS and Android in Flutter - one codebase, two stores.

  • Backend and API designed alongside the app, not bolted on after
  • Native screens where they earn it - camera, maps, anything that must feel native
  • Push notifications, offline mode, in-app payments
  • App Store and Google Play release, developer accounts and signing keys in your name

Design and brand

Interface design, and the brand that wraps around it. You get the Figma file with live layers and components - not a flattened JPG.

  • UX first: structure, user flows, clickable prototypes - before anyone draws a screen
  • UI for desktop and mobile: button and form states, empty and error screens
  • A design system - grid, type, colour, components - so your team builds new pages without us
  • Logo, visual identity, brand guidelines
  • Cyrillic, Latin and Uzbek Latin in one type family, checked before sign-off

Growth and support

SEO, ads, analytics, maintenance, audits. We'll take over someone else's build too - including the ones left behind by an agency that stopped answering.

  • SEO: technical foundation, keyword strategy, page speed, site structure - per language
  • Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, paid social, Telegram Ads, YouTube and display
  • Analytics and conversion tracking: every lead traceable to the channel that produced it
  • Site audit: a report naming specific problems, with a price against each fix
  • Maintenance, new features, redesign, hosting migration - with a code review of anything we inherit

What we build it with

Not a logo wall - the stack we build on.

Frontend and motion

  • Next.js, React, TypeScript
  • Vue, Nuxt, Astro
  • GSAP and ScrollTrigger - scroll scenes, pinning, timelines
  • Framer Motion, Lenis, Three.js, WebGL, where 3D pays for its download size
  • TailwindCSS, CSS Modules, design tokens synced from Figma
  • Core Web Vitals: LCP, CLS, INP - measured before handover and after every change
  • Responsive layout for phone, tablet and desktop, plus light and dark themes

Backend and data

  • Node.js, TypeScript, Python (Django, FastAPI)
  • PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
  • REST and GraphQL APIs with documentation - not a phone call to the developer
  • 1C integration: HTTP services, CommerceML, scheduled syncs
  • Queues, background jobs, cron, full-text search (Meilisearch, Elasticsearch)
  • Docker, CI/CD, staging environment, deploys on merge and push
  • Backups, monitoring, logs, scheduled restore drills

Mobile and integrations

  • Flutter, with native Swift and Kotlin modules where Flutter runs out of road
  • Firebase: push, authentication, offline sync, crash reporting
  • Telegram Bot API and Telegram payments
  • Fastlane, TestFlight, Play Console release tracks
  • SMS gateways, delivery services, external APIs, scheduled syncs
  • Headless CMS, webhooks, and adapters onto the system you already run
  • App signing and store accounts held in your name

Design and growth

  • Figma: prototypes, UI kit, components, handover with edit access
  • Design system and tokens, synced with the code
  • Type families with Cyrillic and Uzbek Latin, checked glyph by glyph
  • SEO architecture: hreflang, Schema.org markup, sitemaps, page speed, robots.txt, llms.txt
  • GA4, Yandex.Metrica, Google Tag Manager, server-side events
  • Multi-touch attribution that ties each lead back to the source that produced it
  • ru/uz/en localisation: routing, per-language metadata, translation done by people

The questions that come up at the second meeting

Because that number isn't a price, it's a floor. "From" gets resolved after you've signed and you're too far in to walk away - then the add-ons start: a page that wasn't in the package, a field that wasn't in the form. We do the math once, up front: scope, screens, integrations, deadline, itemized in the contract. Compare final invoices, not opening numbers. The gap usually runs the other way.

You do. All of it - no license fee for "our platform," no monthly charge just to keep the site online. You get the repository, the credentials, and the build and deploy docs; take it to another team any time. A simple test for any contractor: ask to see the repository. If the site was built in Elementor or bought as a marketplace theme, there's nothing to hand over - no code, only settings.

The deadline is a clause in the contract, not a line in a chat thread. If we're late and it's on us, there's a penalty - the amount is in the same document. If the date moves because of you - content not approved, domain credentials never sent - we log it in writing the same day and move the deadline officially, not after the fact. One date on the table, one reason it moved.

Yes, and some of it is already built in. Every plan ships with a free support window after launch: a week on Express, two weeks on Landing, a month on Corporate. Inside it, fixes and small edits are on us. After it, support is an optional monthly contract - updates, uptime monitoring, backups, new features by the hour - never mandatory. The code, repository and docs are yours, so your own developer can keep the site running.

Yes, after an audit. We go through the repository, stack, versions, dependencies, security holes. Sometimes the verdict is unpleasant: platform end-of-life, PHP 5, the theme's demo content still live - a rewrite costs less than a rescue, and we'll say so plainly. Sometimes it's the opposite: everything's fine, you don't need a new contractor, you need two days of work. Both are normal outcomes.

In two halves. 50% before we start, 50% on handover - once the working site, source code, repository and hosting access are all in your hands. The second payment is tied to delivery, not a date on the calendar: until the whole project is yours, there's nothing to pay. The figure is the one in the contract - the scope was fixed before the first transfer.

Tell us what you need - you'll get a number and a date

The first reply won't be "let's hop on a call" - it'll be the questions that matter: what the product is, which integrations, where the content comes from, when you need it live. We answer within one business day: a fixed price and deadline if the job is standard, discovery if it's complex.
